He earned his LL.M. in 1999 from Santa Clara University School of Law. He also earned a law degree from the University of Delhi, Faculty of Law in New Delhi, India. Prior to law school, Mr. Dua managed an import/export business in New Delhi, India. Mr. Dua is a member of the State Bar of California.
